Sound reaches us in so many ways, it is a communication.
Beginning a practise in different environments-
So when I practise yoga whether in the morning or at night, it is a place I go to mentally note (to myself either on paper or in my mind) what is happening in my body.
-Moving through it
The speed and chaos of air speaks
My practise is about feeling the process not the leap frogs.
All my life I have wanted to leap frog and then I find maintaining this standard impossible.
Now I understand how to BE a beginner and let go into each stage. I am less aware of where I am not and more aware of the beauty of where I am.
