The mind is like a monkey, it likes to play so at times it cannot be tamed.
It processes and then retains to create memory.
Allow it to play, allow it to work, allow it to shut down: Watch it!
We meditate and intend to let it be.
This is a knowing and a sense of trust.
Once a thought is released, it can be retrieved again when needed.
A meditation provides a space for the mind to become pure and calm so that when necessary the most desired thoughts can be chosen deliberately.
As we do this we respect it as an organism.
Reflection is part of the the pathway of meditation.
