"In my early 60's and approaching what I hoped would be an active retirement I was feeling that my body was beginning to stiffen up and my movement restricted. Having heard about Yoga, I decided to give it a go and had a series of sessions with Kristel Seidler. She put me back in touch with my body and its working parts which for so long I had just assumed would carry on working on automatic, but I now realize needed to care and attention from myself. I re-found the sensation of deep breathing, and learning how out-breath controls enables you to extend your sense of maximum stretch.
