APPROACH TO YOGA & WELLBEING

Each of us is different and because we are, we each have a different pathway in yoga & what we need from it.

I love to share the tools, practises, recipes and techniques that I have.

Within group sessions, I allow my intuition to guide me to incorporate my own practise, an array of styles as well as breathing and relaxation techniques that can be adapted to meet the needs of the group as a whole whilst still allowing a sense of challenge, creativity and confidence to grow in those that wish to independently.

I balance my empathy and compassion with a gentleness of care softness, through playfulness and loving kindness. Yoga, nutrition, exercise and our lifestyle are interwoven web of creativity that either frees us to breathe a life of nourishment and joy or restricts us to our limits. My purpose in 1-1´s and wellbeing coaching is to find whatever supports, inspires and encourages you to embrace your own wellbeing & to move with ease, energy and vitality.

Our conversation on your journey, in movement, breathe and voice becomes like a dance of its own, where my intuition and the wisdom of your body synchronise and flow.

MY YOGA JOURNEY

All about me 😂..and yoga!

Well of course I love yoga! And all things healthy, fun and Theatrical.

I enjoy spending lots of time in nature and at home with my bunny rabbit, Benji.

My yoga journey began at 15 years old where I was driven to study better with a great practise all inspired from my mother’s Yoga Teacher and a Geri Halliwell video!

I’m a Singer, a professional one- at least I continue to train and have worked on projects for the last 15 years and my recent work at Chelsea FC has lead me to use yoga and dance in another way -as Bridget the Mascot!

I’m a cold water sea swimmer, a big fan of holidays and I cook, sing and have a dance to all kinds of music when no-ones watching…well actually when most people are watching😉

Being a performer I don’t mind the lime- light and being a yogi, I am inspired by it…

…most of all I love teaching and movement, playing the bowls, singing oh and did I mention…. igniting the breath while making people happy - let’s do yoga together ❤️🙏🏻
